Stadiums do come and go, but they will always contain the everlasting memories of those who experienced victory or defeat!
Some of us, or maybe all of us could have benefited from experiencing both! In victory, a team celebrates and the pain from all the time and effort it took to prepare suddenly isn't so painful. In defeat, the team has to regroup and figure out what they can individually and collectively do to assure a victory! Either way, there is always a positive outcome if the leaders of those teams can lead appropriately! That is when many of the memorable memories are made in that colleseum of battle! You remember your leaders, your true support system and how well you went out there to play the game! You remember the calls, good or bad and you remember the final score win or lose! The Stadium itself is the place, the avenue in where all of these life lessons are learned and retained for a lifetime! Thank you Tiger Stadium- Thank you! With Love, Joe Mendoza

Welcome to 2016! Wow- what a great ring it has. I am so grateful that I am given the opportunity to spend more time on this beautiful Earth with every living thing. I have worked on living a life of gratitude for many years now and I find that it is what gives me the energy and ability to focus on what's most important in this life!
If you are new to attempting to live from a gratitude perspective, I want to encourage you not to give up. It is really very worth it to make it a part of your life and daily ritual. I make it a practice to say at least 3 things that I am grateful for every day when I wake up and also when I sleep. If you keep in mind that you only have to say or think of 3 things, it makes it so much easier to do it. You can even start with one thing and work up to three. I say three because it gives your mind more thoughts to work with and it makes it known that you are thankful for all you receive. It can be overwhelming to think about all you can be grateful for, but just look at the easy things. Like your ability to walk, talk, and eat. Then you can become specific as to why you are grateful for being able to walk, such as- It gets me to my car which gets me to the store, which gets me food. The more specific you become, the more energy you give your mind to work with. You start making positive energy which gets loud enough for the universe to pick up on that energy and to continue to give you that type of energy. With daily practice, you can go from three things to 5 then to 10. You will be amazed how great things start happening to you more and more often. With Love, Joe Mendoza |
