Without consistency, can anything get accomplished? Quick question- Can you get fit by going to the gym once, twice, or do you have to be consistent and go maybe 4 to 5 times a week to see a difference in your workouts? How about when you’re trying to lose weight? Can you have a salad at lunch and continue to eat chips and donuts the rest of the day in order to lose weight? No freaking way! You have to consistently be mindful of what type of body building foods you’re putting in your body.
Does this apply with everything in life? Is this a law that must be recognized and respected? Absolutely! In order to become an Olympian, an athlete has to consistently work on their craft. The same with an artist, a singer, a CEO, a Speaker, a teacher, a counselor, a doctor, a lawyer! Whatever the occupation or passion is, one must work at what they do consistently in order to be highly effectively each and every time they go out to perform.
Yes, you can have the know how, listen to motivational speakers, attend seminars, but its consistency that is going to take you to the level of high performance. You have to perform and adjust that performance to meet the next goal and then the next goal etc. A habit is only formed through the practice of consistency! You can change a paradigm through the law of consistency and follow through!

What if you could become a world famous artist? What if you could become the MVP of the NBA? What if you could become a brain surgeon? What if you could earn enough money to pay the mortgage for this month? What if you could walk after being told that you would never walk? What if you could make someone’s day brighter? What if you could own the world’s fastest horse? What if you could... And the answer to this is? You guessed it- it all depends on what one is willing to believe, to accept, and to be real about what they are capable of. Of course not everyone can do the same thing as great because we all have very unique forces working within us, around us, and for us depending on how we were taught to harness such powers. Some people were never taught and may or may never realize their greatest power in this lifetime but maybe the next.
What if we could see into our next lifetime? What if we could invent the internet? What if we could teleport? What if we could visit China from the comfort of our own homes? What if we could enjoy the riches of our mind and soul? What if we could love and be loved for who we are with out conditions? What if we could become prosperous from the thing we love to do? What if we were able to make a difference in someone else’s life just because we decided to show up? What if ... What if ...
You and I know that all of the what if’s turn into beautiful realities after we put some work and some thought into it. Yes, we are governed by our thoughts and until people realize how the magic of thinking works, they will continue to ask- What if?
