Have you ever had a moment where you felt you were out of whack- feeling out of alignment- and maybe even having the symptoms of vertigo? Have you ever felt like you're walking a tightrope and you're trying to keep your balance? The difference can be amazingly more intense when you feel that you're walking that rope about ten stories high and your safety net is not that dependable! Keeping your balance up there is critical to your survival and you have got to stay super focused because there's hardly anyone there to catch you!
If you're human, I bet you have. The good news is that for most of us, we strive to find immediate ways to stay balanced! We instinctively shift our energy to figure out how we can resolve our unbalanced situations! Some people do this better than others because they have been introduced to simple strategies that have helped train them to use their personal potential to unlock the greatness within them. The secret element is your mind!
With belief, discipline, and a commitment to self improvement, anyone who is determined to maintain mental and physical balance can attain it through proper training, nutrition, and usually with a great mentor. For example- in the Martial Art, anyone can start from white belt and possibly end up a tenth degree master. But not just anyone can attain this level of accomplishment, it usually takes a highly balanced individual because the demands of this life style are excruciating. Or are they?
How about attaining and maintaining a great relationship- does it take balance? We can call it compromising, but in the end- it's what we do in order to maintain a certain feeling of harmony together!
Nature has day and night, winter and spring, lakes and meadows, mammals and fruit treas etc. to keep itself balanced, so by the law of nature- we must strive to stay balanced!
