Paradigms are a set of beliefs that are accepted as law in our subconscious minds which keep us constant as to how we behave all day long... It doesn't matter if it's negative or positive!
All you have to do is believe that what you want is already yours even if it's something that you don't completely think you can have, still believe! This will empower you and will override the old inaccurate beliefs about yourself! Practice is critical- keep on doing it-
Say out loud that you are grateful for everything! You will eventually change your paradigm and you won't even miss the old way you used to do things!
