The majority of humans worry about something or the other that can have huge negative consequences. Why, because worry is connected with a barrage of illnesses and negative reasons as to why people don't do the things that they love. Worrying is usually associated with FEAR!
What is worrying? The dictionary defines it as: : mental distress or agitation resulting from concern usually for something impending or anticipated.
Remember that whatever we think about, in the form of worry or prosperity, we magnify in our lives- then why would anyone want the mental distress and agitation as the definition states?
For example- If you worry- (think)- about not having enough money and you give it more attention, you continue to create that reality. Remember that thoughts are magnetized and they attract to you whatever you are focusing on.
On the other hand, if you instead look at your lack of money as an opportunity to grow your nest egg and you are grateful for the abundance you can create in your life- this will be magnetized and more money will come into your life!
As Dr. Wayne Dyer advices, "Change your thoughts, change your life!" "Easier said than done buddy!". You may think at first- but remember that if you want to make a positive change and have great outcomes, you have to realize that you can create it. You are constantly creating each and every waking second of your life!
Why the ship picture, you may ask? Well it's symbolic of all of us being the captain of our own most powerful vessel- our minds! We have powerful weapons of mass creation at our hands! A ship of this size has a mighty sophisticated self preservation system in case of flooding or any distress that it sustains.
Your mind has the same capacity!
1. We have to acknowledge our strength and our connection to divinity.
2. Stop and Notice what you think about and ask yourself if that's something that will help your life or not.
3. Establish short term and long term goals about how you will gain control of your thinking!
4. Act now- in order to change anything, it is important that you understand that it takes over 30 days to change a habit.
Live in the now- do the things that you can handle right now and don't let the chains of yesterday and tomorrow's hold you down another day! It starts with a choice! Choose to be the captain of your own life!
