Without consistency, can anything get accomplished? Quick question- Can you get fit by going to the gym once, twice, or do you have to be consistent and go maybe 4 to 5 times a week to see a difference in your workouts? How about when you’re trying to lose weight? Can you have a salad at lunch and continue to eat chips and donuts the rest of the day in order to lose weight? No freaking way! You have to consistently be mindful of what type of body building foods you’re putting in your body.
Does this apply with everything in life? Is this a law that must be recognized and respected? Absolutely! In order to become an Olympian, an athlete has to consistently work on their craft. The same with an artist, a singer, a CEO, a Speaker, a teacher, a counselor, a doctor, a lawyer! Whatever the occupation or passion is, one must work at what they do consistently in order to be highly effectively each and every time they go out to perform. Yes, you can have the know how, listen to motivational speakers, attend seminars, but its consistency that is going to take you to the level of high performance. You have to perform and adjust that performance to meet the next goal and then the next goal etc. A habit is only formed through the practice of consistency! You can change a paradigm through the law of consistency and follow through! With Love, Joe
