Where do you carry your emotions? Are you aware of your emotions? Do you wear them on your sleeve? If so, it could be a very positive thing! Why, you may ask? Well, the reason is quite simple and yet so scientifically satisfying too!
We, as humans, are vibration beings like everything else is in this world! Yes, we are made up of atoms and molecules that are vibrating at the same universal vibrational rate as a blade of grass is. What does this mean? It means that we have the power to create the energy that can put us in a vibratory rate which can connect us with other people and things that vibrate at a similar rate. What the heck does this really mean?
It means that you are a creator all the time! If you are having negative emotions, than you are creating a low energy vibration rate that keeps you feeling low and even making you sick. If you are filled with positive emotions, than you are creating a positive vibe around everyone that comes in contact with you. That's when all of us say, "I got good vibes from that person, I think I can trust them!"
Yes, you can create pictures in your mind that can make you feel amazing! Yes, you can listen to music that can make you feel charged up! You can also come around people who lift you up and put you in a high emotional positive powerful state! But remember that there is the flip side of the coin!
Jack Canfield, the co-author of Chicken Soup for the Soul books, made it very clear to his many followers that he wouldn't have achieved his success without first understanding the power of taking full control of his ability to create the positive emotional states that gave him the energy to bring to life his intended goals.
To get in tune with this great power within you, you have got to exercise it like any other muscle for over 30 days! Yes, you must become aware, meditate, and visualize getting in tune with your power for at least 30 days straight or expect to be frustrated!
This is your power which is already inside of you- choose to recognize it and live for today!
With that said, "Put a little MaxPower into your life!"
