What are those feelings that agitate and annoy you throughout the day? How can you stop the thoughts that keep creeping up in your mind and at times won't let you think straight or let you sleep? The good news is that you are probably a very caring sympathetic or empathic person and want to help others with their problems. On the flip side, you could be taking on someone else's problems to avoid your own.
So imagine the latter- if you take on someone else's problems and you still have some pretty heavy ones of your own, what would that feel like? Like you can't sleep probably!
Suppose you could reframe or think about problems a little different. And the near thing is that you can. What if you believed that everyone's problems are challenges that make people grow and usually toward the positive. Of course these include your own! Character comes from stretching yourself a bit and knowing that you have the skills to resolve things appropriately no matter how big you choose to see the challenge!
Yes- it's a matter of choice in how you- yes you- choose to see your own challenges and other's challenges as well! You can assign them any meaning you want depending on how you see your world. If you like or choose to create drama in your life, then you can assign that meaning to the challenge and it will entertain your need for drama. The same is true for the constructive way of looking at challenges. If you feel the need to live in peace and give others around you a sense of stability, structure, and a loving environment, then you will probably assign a much more positive of looking at challenges that come your way everyday!
The miracle is caused by you- the Power of you! But you have to get a grip on you and understand that the only thing you have control over is your thoughts! You are not a victim of your circumstances- you are meant to shine!
