Hi MaxPower 2U nation! Today we want to cover the topic of frustration. Frustration happens to all of us no matter who you are. However, how you react or deal with it is a determining factor in your happiness and pursuit of future success.
We have all had moments where a culmination of things, or even just a single event, gets our blood boiling a little. That is totally normal. What we choose to do when we get frustrated is the most crucial and critical piece though.
In order for you to quell your frustration and diminish it from a high state, you must first keep in mind that no one event has the power of determining your happiness. No single occurrence, or even a combination of, can control and take a hold of you.
Many times, people convince themselves or feel that they have no control over their frustration and give excuses of why it is appropriate to behave the way they do when they are frustrated. These people commonly suffer from unhappiness and are constantly compensating other parts of their lives in order to give the perception that they are happy and in control of their thoughts and emotions. This is not the case however.
When you are in a state of frustration, you must always remind yourself that the way you feel at the moment does not need to be taken out on other people. Whether you might feel it is a person or a group of persons that have made you frustrated, you should always keep in mind that it should not be taken out on them. If you get a speeding ticket or things aren't going according to plan for you, you must remain calm and remove yourself from others or the situation if needed.
Here at MaxPower 2U we like to see frustration as a character building tool or asset. We believe that frustration can teach us a lot about ourselves when we are most vulnerable and also help to continue growing our patience. We see frustration as an opportunity to grow as a person and learn valuable life skills for life's tough challenges. Never do we use our frustration as a reason why we might disrespect or mistreat someone. We stay conscious and aware of our state of being and make sure not to take things out on those that we encounter. Especially those we live and care about.
This is the mindset and approach we would like to pass on to all of you out there that continue to seek true abundance and happiness. As we have already discussed, the vibes and aura we project out on to the world will come back to you-so is the law of attraction.
When we utilize frustration as just another teaching tool in our lives, you open the door to so many more possibilities for your positive self growth. No longer will you feel disconnected or distraught because of your frustrations. Instead you will gain perspective and emotional fortitude.
Frustration will continue to happen to you in your journey through life, but it doesn't have the power to ruin your day or someone others if you don't let it. You have total control over that. If you give over all your power over to frustration you will be giving in to a life of discomfort and anger. But if you grab a hold of your frustration and create a positive outcome of it, your future will blossom and your heart will grow content.
Happiness has many paths and many roads that lead to it, just make sure you don't close those roads off by letting frustration get in the way of them.
With that said,
