Science has reported that people who have a sense of daily gratitude have better health, wealth, and success.
These terms are very broad, but if we break them down a bit, we can see why they have a valid point of view.
When someone is said to see the appreciation and gratitude in the things they have instead of focusing on what they don't have- they stimulate their neuro plasticity of their brain and actually change the energy that affects every aspect of it in a very positive way.
According to the scientists- they believe that this energy can reconnect synapses that make you feel sharper and more aware.
Having a sense of gratitude in the following areas can also have very positive outcomes-especially happy ones! Yes- grateful people are said to live happier lives.
Health- it becomes much funner and easier to pursue a healthy life style. Who wouldn't be happier having great health both physical and mental?
Relationships- being grateful for having great friendships and family can highly improve the value and worth for those relationships. It creates a much happier environment for everyone.
Wealth- the universe knows that you appreciate life and will grant you with more which you focus on. If it is more love and contribution, then you will find a method and or place in the world to contribute! True happiness stems from knowing that we are making a difference in the world!
Feel yourself being thankful for everything you have- it is not merely enough that you say it, but that you truly feel it and emote it! Make it a practice to exercise your gratitude when you wake up, during the day, and when you finally lay down to sleep! Recognize what you were grateful for and put a big smile on your face!
