Aren't there days when you feel like throwing in the towel and just quitting? You bet there are! When we first started this blog and our site, we didn't know what kind of readership we would get, but we buckled down and went forth because we wanted to make a positive impact on people's lives even if it was only one person. Like the advice from sages says, "Any journey you take begins with a step!"
But yes, there were times when we saw that no one was viewing what we were writing and we questioned whether or not we should just let it go-quitting. We had several production "meetings" to discuss if it was worth continuing. It didn't take long to be reminded as to why we had dedicated ourselves to this mission. We had a vision and it wasn't about us-it was about service! Service to others was our bigger purpose.
We thought about what it took for Edison to create the lightbulb, the Wright brothers to perfect flying, Michaelangelo to paint the entire ceilings of Cathedrals, Gates and Jobs to bring us home computing, and etc.! With this in mind, we were re-energized and knew that we would get 10 views if we made that our goal and we hit it! We knew that we had to make new goals in order to eclipse the other number so we did and set a goal of 100 views for the next month. We maybe got 75, but it was closer to 100! Then we set another goal and then another! We are grateful that we have eclipsed 500 plus views and still growing. Our next goal is 1000 views and I have faith that we will reach it!
The same is true for your life. Once you completely understand that whatever you are doing here on this Earth is about service, your focus about anything you do gains a much higher meaning. You can be a doctor, teacher, secretary, sales person, artist, pool cleaner, dog sitter, lawyer, or even a parent and decide that what you do is for the greater service of others. We guarantee that this will re-direct your purpose and it will empower you to never give up, throw in the towel, nor ever ever QUIT!
With that said, "Put a little MaxPower into your life!"
