The body has natural ways of purging itself from highly toxic and stressful junk that we tend to ingest in the form of food or beliefs! The body rids it's waste through bowel movements, etc. and it rids it's formless waste or stress by allowing us to cry or mourn for the loss of something or someone.
When you cry, you are allowing yourself a very natural and highly needed form of release. It releases mental toxins that can build and fill you with rage and frustration. It can then fester like a harsh virus if you don't figure out a way to release it at all.
Just like a healthy dose of laughter, a healthy dose of crying will allow you to vent some pent up negativity and to help you get closer to a solution to whatever may be causing the mental blockage that is making you feel overwhelmed, lost, and confused. These feelings can take you on a wild ride and can be the feelings that may take you all the way down into where misery loves company. These feelings tear you apart from what is truly important and makes you lose focus.
Crying with someone you trust is even healthier because they can help you through the feelings mentioned above! Life was meant to be easy and to be lived in love and prosperity!
