Affirmations are an incredible first step to asking anything out of life that you want from this vast and abundant universe!
Turn the things that you don't want into things that you do want!
Example: 1. I don't want to get fired- turns into- I am a valuable employee to this company and I have stability as I grow my skills.
Example 2. I don't want a relationship that's too complicated and all they want is to take me for a ride- turns into- I want a loving stable relationship where I feel valued and deeply appreciated.
Example 3. I don't want too many bills- turns into- Money is always coming to me and I am grateful to have abundance and prosperity always!
It is a simple matter of turning your language to work for you. From hate to love, from lose to win, from dang to I'm grateful. The magic is in the language you choose to use and the more you repeat it, the more you program your sub-conscious mind to make you act accordingly!
Try saying, "I love you" to yourself in the mirror and see how that makes you feel. What thoughts rise out of that for you? Are you comfortable accepting that saying to yourself or do you find yourself thinking "I don't really love myself, it sounds really fake when I say it to myself". That's okay, that's normal- remember that imperfections in us are there to remind is that we are learning and growing into who we are supposed to become- just keep on saying it to yourself in the mirror until you can look yourself straight in the eye and really believe it.
Accept everything about yourself and be grateful about the lessons life has given you! You are going to have a major break through because you will find that you aren't broken, that you never needed any pills or therapists to tell you that you are okay, but instead, a deep sense of self acceptance of yourself is where the power of healing is! That is where real love exists! When you can know how to fully accept yourself for the magnificent person that you are- then you can start to feel the deep love and compassion for others!
With that said, "Put a little MaxPower into your life!"
