A goal fuels your motivation that will keep you focused at that point where you'd rather go back to what is comfortable.
A goal can be used to make changes if you notice that you aren't getting the results that you want.
And finally, a goal is like a promise to yourself that you can't break because you love yourself too much to give up. Sometimes your life depends on it, or someone else's life does.
It is said that it is very important to write down your goals and be very specific with a deadline on them. Don't be afraid to make mistakes because if you're going after something super important to you, you might make a few or maybe not! Persevere-because when you accomplish those goals, it is time for new ones!
