Can't sleep? What keeps you up at night? We experience so many things in this glorious life that many many different things make us feel a certain way and can keep us up til wee hours of the night.
Most people are kept awake by their uncertainty which is brought on by fear. Think about the things that have kept you awake, are they based in love or do they come from fear?
If our children are late, do we think the worst or do we think the best? If our spouse doesn't show up at regular time and they don't call, what runs through your head? What if they call and they say that they are going out with friends for a drink and they don't come home until 3 am? Would you be able to sleep?
What would happen if you thought you were going to lose your job and you have three or more children to feed, clothe, and give shelter to?
What can you do to get yourself to sleep better? Much! You can start by embracing your inner power and accepting it! Once you do so- after doing the spiritual work, you can work on affirming anything you want to attain! Yes- focus on your energy and where it's going will end the sleepless nights forever!
