Really, stress can be a very positive thing! It all depends on your outlook of what the stress is about. For example, if you believe that stress is a major cause of many ailments, then your thoughts will elevate your stress about it and therefore create that reaction in your body in order to accommodate it.
On the other hand, if you believe that stress is a way for your body to gear up for beneficial changes and positive outcomes in your life, then those thoughts will create those bodily experiences consistent with your positive thoughts.
Our minds have an amazing way of creating Oxycontin, a hormone which the brain creates to inform the body that everything is going to be okay. Oxycontin is released when you are apparently in a great state of mind, or in an optimistic emotional state which can also be when you are stressed, but in a way in where you are moving toward good health.
Stress exists in thought form, and it is the thoughts that will eventually prevail to create your moments, your present, and your future. Will there be stressful times, of course, we can never escape them. But when you are resourceful and believe that you can turn to your positive thoughts, positive people, or positive literature- you clearly create a much better outcome and reduce your chances of chronic diseases otherwise known to strike a huge amount of the world population.
As Dr. Wayne Dyer suggests, "Change your thoughts, change your life!"
With that said, "Put a little MaxPower into your life!"
