Stretch yourself- Grow yourself!
Do you ever feel stiff? As
a matter of fact, we all will get stiff during our time here on Earth. Our bodies and minds are continuously changing and the more they do so, the more you will need to stretch them out!
Just like our bodies, our thoughts and beliefs will also change and might make us stiff. We might not know how to adapt, adjust, or respond to a certain situation so we just stiffen up! We learn or we don't, we grow or we shrink- it all depends on how well we stretch! Yes, just like we stretch our bodies, it is equally important to stretch our minds, emotions, and beliefs!
How do we do this? Well, the beauty of our minds is that they have an infinite ability to learn and adapt to new things that we want to focus on. The key is to know that you must be willing to keep on trying something for at least 21 days. After that, you've stretched your mind enough to create a new belief system in your mental capacity.
For example- if you want to learn a new language, your mind will need to adjust and stretch long enough to receive the new information. After 3 weeks, it may still feel a bit uncomfortable, but you will find it less painful to do so! Similar to wanting to run a marathon. You don't start running the whole 26 miles, you start with what you can and add a bit at a time even if you have to start walking!
Peace of mind, great health, love in your life is the same- you must stretch your beliefs about these emotions before your mind can fully accept them! It's your mind- and you can use and stretch it anyway you want to achieve any results you want to attain!
