That is the critical question! Lately- I have noticed that there a ton of drinks to choose from, which is a great thing, but how and where do you start to choose what to drink? If we keep in mind that our brain is nearly 90% composed of water, and if we want to function in a semi balanced manner throughout the day, wouldn't the choice be simple?!
The first time I heard that, I was astonished and a bit freaked out. Our brain is made up of that much water? And where does it get it when I don't drink much of it during the day? Is that why I feel dizzy cause my brain is on shut down mode searching for moisture when I don't drink much water?
How about soda and kool aid? I remember feeling a bit whoozy and hyper when all I drank was those two things during the day. It was especially hard to concentrate during school! It makes perfect sense that the type of liquid we drink will be distributed throughout our body and cause it to react a certain way!
We knew this about alcohol- well maybe some of us did! Alcohol is a natural diaretic, runs through your system very fast pleading you for more. That's why some people have bouts of dehydration when all they drink is alcohol beverages. And of course it messes with your chemical balance! Making you feel even whoozier and may cause you to feel more courageous to say or take on things you can't handle.
It's all very clear that our bodies have an acidic property based on all the chemicals we are composed of and if we add other drinks or chemicals to the mix, we are going to cause an effect on our bodies. If there Is too much acidity to your body, you will age quicker because you are decomposing your cells at a much higher rate. If you balance your acidity with proper nutrition and lots of natural water, you will nourish your cells which will make you feel healthier all day long and throughout your lifetime! Choose your drinks wisely!
With that said, "Put a little MaxPower into your life!"
