The phrase, "you are what you eat," brings the point across perfectly. The fashion in which your mind and body perform is a direct result of what you put in your mouth.
Here at MaxPower 2U we have our urges and indulge in our favorite foods like the rest of you, but we have joined and embarked on the journey with the healthy food revolution. Why? Because we choose to live to our MaxPower, and the only way to do that is by giving our body the best the world has to offer.
It has been well proven and documented that the types and kinds of foods we eat give our minds either the things necessary for great focus and sustained energy, or they don't. And in order to reach the success that you desire, you must all eat the foods that will help you perform at a high level and not the foods that you desire that make you lethargic.
Eating healthy is a very simple thing to change about your life, but it's not always practiced. You must exercise your control and make it a daily and lifelong goal to eat the right foods. You must keep in mind that you have the control and the fortitude to reject the foods that harm you.
Along with all the things that we must do everyday to reach our MaxPotential, eating healthy is one of the most, if not most, important thing we must do.
