Having a MaxPower approach to life is getting after it and trying your best even if it doesn’t turn out perfect! We often don’t do things in life out of fear of failing, or thinking that we can’t handle the success that comes from being great at something, or maybe afraid that we will lose those around us if they perceive us to be too perfect. There are many who won’t pursue the thing they love or who they have fallen in love with because they over worry about having to be perfect. They suffer from paralysis of analysis! They get all worked up about this and that and how and why- and for what? Possibly for something that may have been super easy to overcome and give them their dreams instead without having to rely on being that perfect person that they think they have to be.
Have you ever been a victim of this type of thinking? I have! I actually didn’t participate in many things for believing that I had to be perfect or near perfect in order to attempt something especially if it was required to do it in front of people. I actually wanted to so badly to try, but my gosh darn controling part of my self esteem, did not allow me to. Of course today I totally understand that if your soul has been tampered with, your emotions stepped on, and told by a several few people that think know better than you - that you aren’t worthy, you jus might start to believe those lies and they are going to keep you from playing in the game of life. You will find yourself on the sidelines too afraid to even be asked to try something that you just might be wonderful at because of what someone else thinks of you and not what you have tried for yourself yet. It is only their opinion, and you know what they say about opinions, they’re like senses, everyone has them! Lol...
My goal is to convince everyone that its never too early or too late to get involved in what you enjoy doing without having to apologize for it. If you are not hurting anyone or intruding into someone elses’s property or possessions, you are free to do what you believe with all your heart. Yes, you are in total control to attempt anything that is naturally calling you to express your God given talents. No Kung Fu master became as great as he or she is at their art without having to practice their art with deep focus and intensity. The practice and or energy spent on the thing that comes to you naturally will not seem like a ton of work because it is coming from your soul. It is coming from a place of purpose, a place of self expression of your Spirit. It is nothing short of perfection! And because you came from Divine perfection, guess what? Yup, you guessed it- you are already perfect! All you have to do is carve out that talent you came on this Earth to express and share it with the rest of us humans regardless of what that might be. Keep in mind that all of us are on that journey of learning how to align with Divinity, Spirituality, and our inner Perfection and they may not develop it as quickly as you may want them to. But they are allowed that time and peace to develop it and express it because our inner perfection is also known as the God within us all.
